Shipping Charges

• 99% of our orders ship the same working day if the order is placed before 4pm.
• Postage fees will be added at check out.
• All shipping charges exclude VAT @ 20%
• We do not offer a same day collection service.

UK Standard delivery: Normally takes between 2 and 3 working days after posting but please allow up to 5 working days. If your order is urgent please choose our express service.

UK Express delivery is available in the UK mainland for £6.50 and it is shipped via our designated courier.

A signature is required upon delivery.

Signing for your delivery - UK and International

Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery at the address you have stated. If you need to contact us to re-deliver you will need to pay the delivery charge again.

If the order is subsequently cancelled a credit will be made less a restocking fee of 25% of the order, plus the initial delivery charge.

International Delivery

Small orders will ship using standard air mail. Larger orders will ship using courier (depending on the destination) or International signed for mail. Prices may vary for shipments outside the EU - we will contact you before shipping if there is a surcharge to pay.

All International Signed For mail receives priority handling in the UK and abroad. Expected delivery times* are:

• Western Europe : 4 working days.
• Eastern Europe : 5 working days.
• Rest of the World : 7-10 working days.

Most packages arrive at their destination countries within a few days - problems with delivery are most likely to occur with the postal service in the destination country. In the event that your order does not arrive within the expected times above we must wait until the item is declared lost before we can resend the package.

International Signed For packages are not declared lost unless they remain undelivered for five weeks in Europe, or six weeks worldwide.
